7.Reservation of ownership
The seller remains ownership to the goods until complete payment receipt of the contract and has the right to take it back at
any time and is to be considered as a withdrawal of the whole contract. Seizure and other interferences of third parties need to
be indicated to the seller immediately in written form.
If the products are mixed up with products not belonging to the seller the finished product becomes ownership to the seller site
in relation to the selling product value.
8.Venue
Place of fullfillment for deliveries and dues is our registered office Illingheimer Str. 10, 59846 Sundern, Germany.
9.Final regulation
All agreements beside these terms or any changes of contracts need to be valid the written form. If one of these clauses is
invalid or partially invalid it has no influence on the effectiveness of all other conditions.
For deliveries and contracts with foreign countries we refer to the agreement of the United nations for the regulation of
international contracts of sale.
10.Validation
The terms and conditons of S&B Beschläge GmbH are valid from 21st October 2002.
